A Friendly Update from Your Waterside HOA Board

Hello Waterside Neighbors!

Your newly elected HOA board has been hard at work, and we want to keep everyone in the loop about our first few meetings and how the neighborhood transition is going.

Right now, one of our top priorities is the 60-day transition with D.R. Horton. As part of this process, the board is putting together a checklist of community items we’d like the builder to address.

Since you know our neighborhood best, we’d love your input! We have put together a quick questionnaire to help us identify any areas that might need attention before this transition period ends. Your feedback would be a huge help.

Beyond the transition, we’re also tackling a few other exciting projects, including:

a. Streamlining our ARC (Architectural Review Committee) procedures to make the process easier and faster for everyone.

b. Carefully reviewing our existing neighborhood contracts.

c. Brainstorming fun ways to get the community involved in upcoming events!
